The legal agreement between you and Bloomeor for using our services. Please read carefully before using our platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bloomeor Limited ("Bloomeor", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our security monitoring platform and related services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Our Services

Bloomeor provides security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and related cybersecurity services ("Services"). Our Services include:

  • Continuous security monitoring and alerting
  • Vulnerability scanning and assessment
  • Cloud security monitoring (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Compliance reporting and documentation
  • Security advisory and consultation
  • Penetration testing and ethical hacking

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services
  • Use our Services to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access our Services without permission

5. Payment & Billing

Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during signup.

Payment Methods

You must provide a valid payment method. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees to your payment method.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

6. Data & Privacy

Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We will only access and use your data as necessary to provide our Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, belong to Bloomeor or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use that feedback without any obligation to you.

8. Service Level & Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

  • Factors beyond our reasonable control
  • Your equipment, network, or internet connection
  • Third-party services or infrastructure
  • Scheduled maintenance (with notice)

9. Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we believe your use poses a security risk.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We will delete your data within 90 days unless required to retain it for legal purposes.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

⚠️ Important: While we provide security monitoring services, we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that security incidents will be prevented. You remain responsible for your own security posture and incident response.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomeor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloomeor from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@Bloomeor.in.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
